1. Service description
Stock Monitor is an information platform that allows users to monitor selected financial assets — listed stocks and cryptocurrencies — receiving notifications about news, price changes, corporate events and updates via a web dashboard and Telegram integration.
The service is exclusively informational and organisational in nature. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendation, public solicitation, portfolio management or any other reserved activity. Cryptocurrencies, in particular, are highly volatile and high-risk assets: the user may suffer even total losses of the capital deployed and assumes in full any risk connected to their investment choices.
2. Nature of information
Information displayed or sent may come from third-party sources, external APIs, automated classification and AI summarisation processes. While we seek to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, timeliness or absence of errors.
Operational, investment or divestment decisions remain entirely your responsibility. We encourage you to always verify data with official sources before making financial decisions.
3. Registration and account
To use the service you must create an account providing truthful, up-to-date information that refers to you personally. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and everything that happens through your account.
If you notice unauthorised access, improper use of your account or security issues, you must stop using the service and immediately update your credentials.
4. Telegram connection
Telegram integration is optional but required if you want to receive bot notifications. To activate it you must voluntarily start the bot with your Telegram account and send at least the /start command.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the Telegram username provided at registration and the privacy settings of your Telegram account.
5. Subscriptions, free trials and payments
The service is currently offered free of charge to all users, with no time limit and no requirement to provide a payment method. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, subscriptions or other commercial arrangements in the future, for the whole service or for individual features, and we will notify users with reasonable advance notice before any charge applies.
If and when a paid feature is introduced, duration, price, renewals and applicable economic conditions will be those shown at the time of purchase. If payment is managed by an external provider, such as a checkout platform, the payment processing is also subject to that provider's terms. We do not directly store complete payment card data.
6. Permitted use
You agree to use the service in a lawful and proper manner. It is prohibited to use the platform for fraudulent activities, technical interference, unauthorised access, abusive scraping, unlawful reverse engineering or behaviour that could harm the service or third parties.
7. Service availability
The service may experience interruptions, slowdowns, errors, maintenance, quota limits or unavailability related to external dependencies, including news providers, AI models, Telegram, hosting and network services. We do not guarantee absolute continuity or certain delivery of every notification.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for economic losses, missed opportunities, investment decisions, indirect damages, operational interruptions or consequences arising from use or inability to use the service. Any losses on stocks or cryptocurrencies remain the sole responsibility of the user, who acknowledges acting autonomously and in awareness of the risks involved.
This limitation applies in particular to incomplete or erroneous data, undelivered notifications, delays, imperfect AI classifications, unavailability of third-party services and any damage related to the market volatility of the stocks and cryptocurrencies monitored.
9. Intellectual property
The software, platform structure, original texts, application logic and distinctive elements of the service remain reserved to their respective owners. The rights of third parties to content from external sources are preserved.
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or limit access to the service in cases of abuse, technical risks, legal violations, security obligations or non-compliance with these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and any cookie information made available on the site. We encourage you to read them alongside these terms.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms for regulatory, technical or commercial reasons. The version published on the site is applicable from the time of publication, unless otherwise indicated.
