The data controller is the operator of the Stock Monitor service. If you publish the service to third-party users, this section must be completed with the name or company name, address and dedicated privacy email address.
2. Personal data processed
We may process the following data: username, email address, Telegram username, Telegram chat ID when you connect the bot, technical access data, authentication session, monitoring preferences, watchlist, system-generated notifications and metadata strictly necessary for the service to function.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is processed to enable registration and access, account management, association of the user with the Telegram bot, sending of requested notifications, technical operation of the platform, abuse prevention, management of any subscriptions and compliance with regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
The main legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual measures or the contract for the provision of the service, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of the controller in the security, maintenance and proper management of the platform.
